Ugh, YES, all of this! This scene was so perfect. And I love how much it captured Archie's awkwardness with Wolfe's new appearance, especially--for all that he made fun of Mrs. Rackham calling Wolfe "handsome" in the first chapter, he sure hates it when Wolfe loses all that weight. That bit about him having to close his eyes when Wolfe talks so he doesn't feel like he's conversing with a stranger--all the feelings!
